For more than 35 years, including 25 years serving internationally, in the military, public, private and non-profit sectors I have focused my career and passion on successfully assisting the world’s most vulnerable and marginalized people through my leadership in conflicts, poverty reduction, disaster response and humanitarian programs around the world.   

 

And I spent the last three living in Mali and Niger, as part of the US diplomatic presence.

Jeff Finger - Chief Technical Officer

I have had 45 years’ experience in electronics manufacturing, design and distribution, having held key leadership positions in Executive Management, Quality Assurance, ­­Manufacturing Engineering and Production Management.   My manufacturing experience includes consumer, medical, industrial, telecom, automotive, lighting and appliance products.  Since 2001 I have worked with factories in China and customers in North America, Africa and Central America to design and launch new products into volume production.  My favorite products to design and build are LED lighting and solar-powered products for off-grid situations.

 Idrissa Issoufi - Chief Agronomist 

I was born in Niger,  completed my undergraduate work in Nigeria, focusing on soil science and agronomy, then I completed my Masters  at the University of Chicago, majoring in agribusiness and agricultural business operations.   I worked for Kellogg for three years  before returning to Niger, where I have worked with the government of Niger as well as the US Millennium Challenge Corp as a senior advisor and consultant, with my specialization climate resilient  crop selection and food production,
